Page Valley News highlights adoptable pets from the Page County Animal Shelter to showcase their personality!
This is Blake!
Blake is an approximately 1 year old, male, lab/hound mix. He was brought to the shelter by animal control after he was found running loose.
When he first arrived, he was pretty famished. He was much thinner than he needed to be. Blake is slowly regaining his strength and is looking much better these days!
Blake is a people “person.” He’s always happy to be in your company and tends to whimper whenever he’s unable to get to us.
Blake is still just a young pup, so he does have quite a bit of energy. However, he should settle down after he grows up a little more. Blake likes to jump up to say hello to you. He may be a bit too much for small children to handle, but this could be trained out of him with some patience.
