This is Whiskey!
Whiskey is our sweet, roughly 1-year-old, high energy boy! He came to the shelter by animal control as a stray alongside his brother Blue and was unfortunately never reclaimed. So now Whiskey is looking for his fur-ever home, could it be with you?
Well, let me tell you more about this wild child pup. Whiskey is a good boy that loves to be your companion at all times. He loves to roam the yard with his brother Blue, and if he’s not with Blue, he’s got a toy ready to play. With Whiskey’s young pup age and no prior background history, he needs a lot of training and a good owner who has the time and patience to train him.
For the most part, he’s fairly house trained, but still needs some work. He also is not fully used to a leash, as he cowards and will tug back on it and bite it once as he isn’t so sure what it is, but he quickly stops once he knows it’s not a harmful object. He’s quickly learning that the leash is no big deal and is actually doing quite well with his progress!
Whiskey can be a little nippy at times, so little kids may not be the best suit for him if that is a worry, but he is a youngin’! Overall, Whiskey is a good, young pup scratching to find his new fur-ever home!
